The Inner Body Library

What I find myself explaining in sessions, written down properly.

The body has its own language, its own logic, and — given the right conditions — its own remarkable drive toward health.

Most of what I write here is about that: how your nervous system actually works, why patterns like tension and bracing make sense once you understand what they're protecting, and what gentle, body-led work really does (and doesn't do).

You don't need any background to read these. If you can wonder why you can't just relax, you're qualified.

New writing is added regularly (that's the aim!) — the library grows along with my practice.

What’s available and in development now:

Series one - Why the body holds on (in development)

Series two - States of embodied healing

Series three - In Practice
